Founder & Principal Attorney
Danielle Moore is a California attorney whose career bridges corporate law and criminal prosecution—each adding a distinct layer of insight to her current focus on family law. Drawing from more than a decade of experience at global law firms and government agencies, Danielle approaches family law with a distinctive blend of precision, empathy, and results-oriented advocacy.
Before establishing her family law practice, Danielle advised global corporations on high-value transactions, negotiated multimillion-dollar deals, and guided clients through complex regulatory landscapes. That foundation instilled in her a disciplined, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving—skills she now applies to the financial and practical complexities of divorce, property division, and support matters. Her work is grounded in strategic clarity and informed by an understanding of the human realities behind every legal decision.
As a former Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles—the largest local prosecutorial office in the nation—Danielle gained deep courtroom experience and a steadfast commitment to fairness and integrity. The intensity of that work strengthened her composure under pressure and sharpened her ability to advocate effectively when the stakes are highest.
Today, at Danielle Moore Law, she combines corporate-level strategy with compassion and creativity to guide clients through life’s most pivotal transitions, including divorce, custody, support, guardianship, and domestic violence matters. Her practice is defined by thoughtful preparation, measured advocacy, and a focus on durable outcomes that help families move forward with confidence and stability.
A native San Diegan, Danielle remains deeply committed to public service and community leadership. She serves on a public board where she advances sustainability, innovation, and equitable economic growth, and has held roles with the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation, Cleantech San Diego, and The New Children’s Museum.
Whether in negotiation or litigation, Danielle Moore’s approach reflects the full measure of her experience—strategic in thought, compassionate in action, and dedicated to achieving results that endure.
